Welcome to my very first blog post on this brand-new website! I’m happy to be here. I’ll admit it’s been an interesting experience so far. You see, I love to write, but when it comes to creating a website and starting a blog, I feel pretty much out of my league. The internet is full of wonderful websites and interesting blogs. Everyone seems to know what they’re doing. But I’m in unfamiliar territory. I feel like the new kid.
Growing up, I never had to be the new kid. I lived in the same old farmhouse from kindergarten through high school. I did; however, see plenty of new kids along the way. They always had that same deer-in-the-headlights look about them. (Much like I have right now).
But I have to start somewhere. I mean, starting somewhere is better than never starting at all. So let’s see. How should I begin? I know! I’ll act like any other successful new kid. I’m going to take a deep breath and join right in!
